After having completed my education in Esthetician Training, I have gained a lot of customer service experience. I contribute my positive attitude and hard work ethic to the Hello Health Support Team. It is very important for me to be able to fully assist our customers. Our clients deserve the best support and I believe we thrive and meet their needs.

As a Customer Support Agent, I have come across amazing co-workers that have helped me achieve my goals and better myself as a person. We are a small team of strong women empowering each other to be better moms, better friends, better women and better employees.

Born in El Salvador and Raised in Ottawa Ontario, I am happy to be bilingual in Spanish and English. Having moved to Quebec, I am currently taking French classes and becoming more and more fluent in French. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my son and husband. I love cooking, dancing and long walks by the lake. Family is so important to me and I am blessed to have my son speaking 3 languages, as I know it will be a plus for him in the future.
