Hello Health Will No Longer Be Meaningful Use Certified

Dear Hello Health Customers,

Following our previous statement sent on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 regarding MIPS/MACRA, we would like to announce that in the upcoming October release, Hello Health will no longer be Meaningful Use certified.

Under the Promoting Interoperability category of MIPS, you can submit data for Transition Objectives and Measures when using a 2014 Edition EHR, which Hello Health has been for a majority of 2018. This change should not affect your 2018 certification as this category requires clinicians to submit a minimum performance period of 90-days.

We would like to encourage all customers attesting for Meaningful Use to export the corresponding reports from Hello Health prior to the upcoming release date.

The reports can be exported directly from Hello Health by selecting the “Reports” tab in the Provider account section.

Please be advised that the “Reports” tab will no longer be available after the upcoming release.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
