Each Hello Health upgrade impacts the user interface in either one or several sections of the platform. In version 5.2, changes to the provider’s interface include:
- Quicker access to the patient information and record
- Optimization of the Immunization completion process
- Possibility to associate lab requisitions with visits, as well as other lab enhancements
- Improvements to the patient panel’s Advanced Search feature
- Decision Support Rule creation possibilities and changes in the way notifications are displayed
- Thread/message and function changes to the Messages section
- Added functionality to improve document management
- Changes in the management of minor patient accounts
- Several other improvements throughout the platform
